UPDATE: If you wanna know more about the 8-head ratio on shorter people just click on this link:

YES I USE ANDREW LOOMIS BOOKS AS REFERENCE.
You guys should download his stuff, they are FREE ---> [link] [link] [link] <----- CLICK AND DOWNLOAD YOU SMARTHEADS.

His style is a bit old fashioned, but there's a reason why his methods still work out.

Oh and sorry if I didn't cover details like shoulders flexibility and that the body is 7 - 7,5 head units tall and not 8. READ THE GODDAMN TEXT BEFORE YOU POINT IT OUT. Srsly. It's not like I don't know that.
It's pretty hard to fill the tutorial with everything when the size limit is 18000 px, it may sound big but for a tutorial like this, it is not that much space.

Srsly. If you don't read the text in the tutorial, you'll miss stuff.

the flexibility diagrams are something I have not seen before. Kudos for you. ^.^
Also - best representation of the 8 head model I have seen, and that's even after reading a couple of professional self-help guides. Not patronising in a literal sense. Slapstick/humoured patronizing seems to hav paid off here. Nice.

incredible, thank you, see you in the next class :)

One thing, I think you wanted to write "min. 85" (right under the davinchi inspired picture at the hand) because the hand can't go beyond that.

I'm just missing to tell more about flexibility.
Like that the shoulder isn't on the same point, while putting your arms abouve your head, you're moving your shoulder uo. And so on. ^^

I saw this in my messages and thought, "YESILOVEYOU"
...creepy stalker thing aside...
Awesomeness! This has stuff I did know, and other things that I can now confirm for myself. I used to use the whole 8-heads thing...I should go back to that...
Thanks! This looks awesome! :D
