EDIT: WOW a DD?? I am so happy and grateful for this! I am happy that so many ppl appreciate this tutorial, even though it is not the most common techniques these days!

About the blue pencil: The blue pencil is OPTIONAL. I use it when I mark out areas that's going to have tones on it, having a light blue color makes it also good when you scan it in black/white. The blue color wont show up on the screen doing so!

Where to get tones: Please, I live in Sweden. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GET TONES IN THE US OR IN SPAIN OR ANYWHERE ELSE.
The most common brand is "DELETER". they have a web-shop where you can buy your tones. Tones are most available online since most stores doesn't sell those.

-----

Finally, here you go ppl! Since I never found any tutorial here on dA about TRADITIONAL screentoning, I decided to make my own. Hope you like it and that it'll help you guys out.

Lol I forgot to mention why you needed a blue pencil...

Suggester's words: I saw this tutorial, and although i don't do my own comic pages in this way, i know people that do, or that are interested in learning how to do it. It was a very nice easy to read tutorial, with not only good looks, but good direction. Not to mention its also a very hard subject to find tutorials on at all <3 it definitely deserves a DD. jag köper mina sudd i vanliga affärer, det jag använder just nu finns troligtvis i alla hobbyaffärer/konstaffärer, det är ett så kallat "foam eraser" och suddar riktigt bra!
