A BIT MORE ABOUT THE FACE SEEN IN PROFILE:

AHAHAH OH GOD WHY AM I DOING THIS?!?
Nah nevermind, it's 01:09 AM here and the train home doesn't go until 03:40 AM so I just wanted to do this tutorial which I sort of promised people.

I realised it's better to just break this all down into several parts, even though I wished I could put all my thoughts into one deviation...

Enjoy! I hope you guys learn something from this.

Yes I know I forgot to mention ears and the neck. This is all pretty much improvised believe it or not

By chance, have you considered putting this into book format? [because I would totally throw money at you for it]

i have a problem with this that f!@## up everything before i got started. look-up the word translation for manga and if you do you see that its comic.........not cartoons!!!!!! they are different types of manga art and they are directed at different people, in age and in gender, each with its unique style.

That is true. Manga basically is just the japanese term for "comics". However, Manga has a second meaning here in the western culture as being comics from japan - and most of us recognize manga by it's certain stylization. Manga can be cartoony in style, it totally depends on what genre it is. I'd recommend you to actually read part 12 since I think you're jumpng to conclusions a little bit too fast here.
