ART STUDY-DUMP 02 by FOERVRAENGD ART STUDY-DUMP 02 by FOERVRAENGD
TUMBLR ARTBLOG

Technically not a "tutorial" other than a bunch of art studies smacked together. But you guys seems to like this stuff so..

I think there will be a third dump as well.
And yes that is Mike Chilton at the bottom of the deviation.

Did you take classes in which you studied anatomy or the human form? I want to learn about the different muscles but I find it rather difficult to just try to read about each one individually. Any advice?

P.S.  You are one outrageously talented artists. Great work. Thanks for putting up these studies, I always love seeing different approaches.

Well you could
1.lets say " stalk" other people by observing their muscles movements
2.study biologie books , drawing books or study other peoples drawings of human anatomy ( you dount need to read each and every muscle in detail but u schould know where they are and what they do)
3. Observe your own body more by movements

Awesome! Thanks for sharing :D I'm just getting into drawing the human body; is it a good or bad idea to copy these poses (not trace) for pose practice? Don't want to pick up any bad habits...

And by "inspiring" I do not mean I'm going to copy, lol. I've known people who have done that and it's not okay! :noes:

inspiration doesn't mean copying to begin with? :'D people who basically copy a picture straight off, with no particular difference from the original, and calls it "inspired/inspiration" doesn't know what they're talking about.

Oh, yeah, I agree. I've seen some people copy another person's art and try to say it was their own idea. It was pretty much the same thing, but with no permission or credit. They gave the excuse that it was "inspired" even though it was obviously just copied and they didn't put any real thought into it. "Inspiration" can mean a lot of things, so we have to be careful. If I ever draw, it'll be my own ideas, and if I feel like I need permission, I will ask! :D

Du borde göra färdiga bilder i samma stil! liksom, hålla nere detaljerna och färgerna. Jag tror det skulle vara sweet.
